THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE READ AND UNDERSTOOD BEFORE APPLYING TO ATTEND TRAINING VIA THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE
All ADHC club members, officials and juniors are required to complete the England Hockey Participation Agreement 24 hours before attending any activity/match organised by the club.

If this is not completed beforehand, players will be asked to leave the site, complete it, and will not be allowed to return until the next session

Training is bookable in advance
Self-assessment to be completed before attending
No one should attend if they or someone they live with has any of the following:
• A high temperature (above 37ºc)
• A new, continuous cough
• A loss of or change to their sense of smell or taste
No more than 30 individuals (including coaches) are permitted on the pitch at any one time
Details will be recorded for track and trace purposes
Please arrive promptly and observe social distancing
All participants to remain socially distant during breaks in training
Players to have their own equipment and water bottles etc should be labelled
Hands to be sanitised upon entry to the pitch and exit
Participants to only touch their own equipment
Shouting/Cheering on is discouraged as this can increase the chance of spreading droplets.
Good hygiene is to respected at all times – this includes no spitting on the pitch
Parents/spectators:
Nobody should attend if they have a loss of or change to their sense of smell or taste
Any spectators at matches (including parents and carers) must be restricted to discrete 6 people gatherings limits and spread out, in line with wider government guidance
Dropping off of children should be done in keeping with social distance
Please drop off your child to the designated club official and then leave via the rear of the pavilion, as per the image below:
Collection will be from the main gate and then once you have your child please leave by the rear of the pavilion
Please respect social distance guidance when collecting your child/children

Handwashing facilities (including soap and water) are available. Alternatively (or additionally) use hand sanitiser
Regular hand washing should be encouraged
Players/officials are advised to use the hand sanitiser on entry and exit to the pitch
Ensure that disposable tissues/paper towels/anti-bacterial wipes are disposed of following use in the general waste or if no bin is available then to place them in a disposable bag that can be sealed and then disposed of when there is a bin available
Regular discussion to take place with the junior members of the club to ensure that they retain the information - parents are encouraged to discuss this with their children at home

Ensure that the current government guidelines are adhered to - ensure that social distancing is still maintained - groups to be restricted to 6 people
All equipment to be cleaned and disinfected prior to a training session
Handling of equipment is to be kept to a minimum such as just coaches/captains
Minimise the sharing of kit / equipment (including facemasks, goal keeping equipment etc.)
Players should ideally arrive to the pitch ready to play and in their own kit
Where kit has to be shared or kept together each person handling it must wash or sanitise their hands immediately after and appropriate cleaning arrangements for the kit to be made
Goal keepers to maintain the hygiene of their kit – where kit is shared to ensure that it is cleaned before use or left for 72 hours before the next person wears it
If providing face masks, ensure they cleaned thoroughly before and after use and labelled to avoid sharing - ideally players that require a face mask should supply and wear their own mask
No close physical contact (including hand shaking, huddles, sharing of water bottles etc.) in line with government guidance. This extends to pre, during and post-training meetings, briefings, celebrations and any breaks in play
Social distance guidance to be maintained wherever possible after training touching of sticks can be used as an alternative to handshaking
Sharing of equipment is not permitted (such as water bottles)
First aid kits are available at all training sessions - anyone administering first aid must ensure that they wear appropriate PPE, and wherever possible administer their own first aid if suitable (such as applying a plaster/ice pack)
If any bodily fluids are spilt these needs to be cleaned up immediately
If a participant becomes symptomatic during the activity they should immediately remove themselves from the activity and return home as soon as possible and seek guidance on managing their symptoms by contact NHS 111

Use hand sanatiser, wash hands before and after the journey, and prior to the journey players are to undergo a self-assessment for any Covid-19 symptoms

PLEASE NOTE IT DOESN'T AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE THE 'MEMBERS ONLY' LIST - THAT COSTS MONEY; YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT GETS UPDATED... YOU ONLY NEED TO REGISTER ONCE!
THERE MUST BE NO OVERLAP OF JUNIOR AND SENIOR TRAINING ON THE PITCH - SENIORS MUST WARM UP ON THE GRASS OR TENNIS COURTS TO KEEP THE AREA IN FRONT OF THE GATES CLEAR WHILST THE JUNIORS ARE COLLECTED
