Hockey League fixtures

1. Teams must not arrive on site more than 30 mins prior to the start of their match. If teams do arrive on site prior to this, they will be required to wait in their cars until given permission to enter the pavilion.

2. All team members must sanitise their hands before entering the pavilion.

3. All teams will have access to the changing facilities for a limited amount of time so that cleaning can take place in between games.

4. Equipment must not be left in the changing rooms. This is to enable our duty staff to clean in between games.

5. Each team will be allocated a specific changing room to use before and after their game for a limited time of 20 mins. Each room will be numbered. Entry and exit to the pavilion will be via the fire exit doors at the sides. Duty staff will direct teams accordingly.

6. We are not able to offer shower facilities at this time.

7. Face masks must be worn in the changing rooms.

8. If any incidents occur where blood needs to be cleaned up, please inform the duty staff immediately so the area can be cleaned and disinfected.

9. The classrooms will also not be available to use for after match festivities.

Other outdoor lettings

1. Changing rooms and toilets in the pavilion will not be available for weekly outdoor training sessions. The outside portacabin toilets will be available for use.

2. Please sanitise your hands upon entry and exit to the toilets.

3. Please ensure you sanitise your hands before moving outdoor quipment such as the goals.
